I love training at Koa Fitness! How do I sign up?
In addition to purchasing memberships in-store at either Koa location, we are happy to announce that our memberships are now available for purchase online! All you have to do is click on the pricing option of your choice on our home page and follow the instructions on your computer screen.
When I try setting up my online account, I see duplicate names or I have trouble signing up when prompted to select my name. What should I do?

Do you have any other memberships available other than the ones online?
Yes, we have other memberships offers, such as: Family Add-on and Student monthly memberships available in-store only. Contact or visit the front desk at either location and our front desk staff will be more than happy to assist you with pricing and any questions you may have.
Do you have memberships just for certain programs?
We do not. Koa members have unlimited access to all of our programs and can go to as many classes a day/week as they please. Our Junior Koa members have access to all youth classes that fit their age group.
What does a membership at Koa include?
Adult membership at Koa is all-inclusive to all our programs. We give you unlimited access to both of our gyms. You get instruction in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jujitsu, Boxing, Wrestling and our Strength and Conditioning classes. You can also take advantage of open gym, free weights and cardio equipment. As seen on our class schedule, our Junior Koa program (for children 5-13) is divided by age group. We offer classes for all age groups Sunday-Saturday and encourage you to attend as many age appropriate classes as you can.
When will my membership bill each month?
Your billing date is the date of the month you signed your membership contract.
I use the same email address for my family member and myself. Can I use the same email address as a login/username for multiple accounts online?
Yes, you will be able to use the same email/username for multiple accounts as long as the passwords for the accounts are different. If you are having any trouble signing into any of your accounts, please contact the front desk at either location immediately and they will be happy to help set up your online profile.
I will not be able to come in to train for a couple months (e.g. Going out of town, school/work obligations, etc.). Can I put my membership on hold until I can come back to train?
Absolutely! Please contact the front desk via phone [Newark: (510) 498-8889 | Mountain View: (650)-386-5312], email [firstname.lastname@example.org], or in-person and our staff will be happy to provide you with our freeze form. You will need to complete and submit this freeze form in-person or by email at least 10 DAYS before your next billing date. This will allow our staff to freeze your account for 1- 3 billing cycles for $20 per each cycle. (E.G. If you bill every 21st of the month and you want to freeze for one month, then your membership will be frozen from Jan 21 to Feb 20. You will be charged the freeze fee instead of your regular membership fee.)
What do I do if I can’t train due to injury or medical reasons for a few months?
Please contact the front desk via phone [Newark: (510) 498-8889 | Mountain View: (650)-386-5312], email [email@example.com], or in-person to receive & complete the membership freeze form and provide a valid doctor’s note. We will then freeze your account at no cost to you per your doctor’s instructions.
I haven’t been able to train for a while and forgot to put my membership on hold. Can I get a refund?
No. Our policy states that members must submit a completed freeze form in writing 10 DAYS before their next billing cycle. Members are responsible for their own account maintenance. No refunds will be issued for this reason. NO EXCEPTIONS!
I am not able to train any more. How do I cancel my membership?
Please contact the front desk via phone [Newark: (510) 498-8889 | Mountain View: (650)-386-5312], email [firstname.lastname@example.org], or in-person and our staff will be provide a cancellation form. You will need to complete and submit this cancellation form in-person or by email at least 10 DAYS before your next billing date. This will allow our staff to terminate your account before your next billing date. Early termination of a 6-month contract will result in a $100.00 cancellation fee if you cancel within the first three months and a $50.00 cancellation fee if you cancel within the last three months.
